Yeast counts in counting chambers

A numerical value of 8 digits must be entered, e.g. the number of the studen's National Identity Card or other personal number. Although cells in the counting chamber are located in different positions each time the images are loaded, the number of yeasts will be identical for a given problem when the cells in the central area of the counting chamber are counted (25 medium squares in the center for Neubauer counting chamber and 16 medium squares for Thoma).
